Kosovo influencer Rexhepi has reacted to the decision of the Basic Court in Pristina to order a one-month detention on Besart Kelmendi.
In an interview for the Kosova Live show on T7, she said that his case is unexpected and that, according to her, from what was seen on the reality show, he did not seem like a violent person.
"I am very sorry for the incident that happened to Gjesti. It is something unexpected. From the reality show that I have seen, he has not been a violent guy or one who uses violence. In fact, in some cases he has avoided violence," said Rexhepi.
She added that she hopes the matter will be clarified as soon as possible and that he will be released.
"I hope that Gjesti is released. I didn't like it today when I saw some footage of his father before the hearing outside the court, it touched me a lot. Considering the incident that happened to him a few months ago, that family tragedy, he didn't want something like that. I hope this matter is clarified," she said.
