Minister of Justice, Donika Gërvalla Schwarz, has announced that a competition has been opened for the recruitment of 50 correctional officers, while the country will hold new parliamentary elections on June 7.
"The competition for the recruitment of 50 correctional officers within the Kosovo Correctional Service is open," she wrote in a Facebook post.
"All candidates who meet the legal and professional criteria are invited to apply to become part of one of the key security and order institutions in the Republic of Kosovo," added Gërvalla.
She announced that the competition is open for 15 positions at the Gjilan Detention Center, 15 positions at the Dubrava Correctional Center, and 20 positions at the High Security Prison.
The application deadline, as announced by Gërvalla, is from May 20 to June 19.
