After about a month of intensive searching, the body of Jurgen Karaj, the 30-year-old who fell into the river with his friend on January 10, has been found.
Karaj's body was located near the village of Urake, during a patrol with army boats.
The deceased's family members were also present at the scene, while Karaj's brother burst into tears when he saw his body placed in the morgue vehicle.
The incident occurred at around 01:30 a.m. on January 10, when the vehicle driven by Andi Losha, 24, and with Jurgen Karaj as a passenger, fell into the Darsi stream.
According to police, Losha left the scene without notifying authorities or offering assistance to the passenger, who was swept away by the current.
