Advisor to the President of Kosovo, Rinor Nuhiu, has said that the head of state, Vjosa Osmani, is consulting with lawyers in Germany regarding the statements of German FAZ journalist, Michael Martens.
Nuhiu wrote in "X" that Martens' "slander, slander, unfounded accusations and false claims" fall under civil and criminal liability based on German law.
"President Osmani categorically rejects his defamatory claims and dangerous spread of disinformation," he wrote.
"The president is consulting with lawyers in Germany with the aim of using all legal means to protect the integrity of the institution and the country she leads," Nuhiu concluded.
