The head of the OVL-UÇK branch in Istog, Muhamet Demaj, on the anniversary of the Studenica Massacre, sent a message to those who, according to him, are trying to divide the Albanian people.
Demaj stated that this will not happen.
"Today, there is no greater proof than these young women and men who are here, who are heroines for this country. Therefore, this will not happen," he said.
The Lipaj massacre in Studenica was one of the most horrific that occurred during the war in Kosovo.
Four girls under the age of 15, four women and two men are the victims of this macabre event.
9 are from the Lipaj family and one is from Zeqiraj.
