The interview process of 22 candidates for two positions of judge in the Constitutional Court has been completed in the premises of the Assembly of the Republic of Kosovo, on this occasion six candidates were recommended for voting in the Assembly.
After the interviewing was completed, the Commission, upon scoring, decided to recommend to the Assembly for a vote the list of six successful candidates as follows, reports "Oath for Justice".

The special commission, composed of: Vigan Qorrolli - Chairman of the Commission, Arbërie Nagavci - LVV MP, Arian Tahiri - PDK MP, Armend Zemaj - LDK MP, Slavko Simiq - LS MP, Besnik Tahiri - AAK MP, Artan Asllani - MP of the Multinational Parliamentary Group, had determined that 25 candidates meet the formal requirements for candidacy.
Also part of the commission were Arjeta Sadiku - Deputy Chair of the Kosovo Judicial Council (KJC) and Safet Hoxha from the Constitutional Court.
Ombudsman Naim Qelaj, although a member of the Commission, was absent from the review of applications and also from the interviewing of candidates.
We recall that in total 25 candidates had applied, namely: Vigan Rogova, Zahir Qerkini, Besart Belegu, Makfirete Krasniqi, Selman Ymeri, Avdylkader Muçaj, Elton Tota, Benina Kusari, Ramadan Gashi, Rafet Haxhaj, Shabi Idrizi, Shpresa Emra, Valbona Shala-Thaci, Suzana Gashi, Ardita Haxhnikaj-Demi, Novitet Nezaj, Alban Muriqi, Emine Abdyli-Pozhari, Nazmije Krasniqi-Jusufi, Perparim Kalo, Riza Krasniqi, Flamur Mrasori, Jorida Xhafaj, Islam Sllamniku and Bahrie Zaçaj.
In the interview process held on April 7 and 8, 22 candidates presented themselves, with Rafet Haxhaj, Nazmije Krasniqi-Jusufi and Riza Krasniqi withdrawing from the race. In the end, six candidates were recommended for voting.
