The Chief of Cabinet of the Alliance for the Future of Kosovo (AAK), Besnik Tahiri, has said that the Government is seeking a new commission for the Bar Exam.
He said that the current commission has a mandate until December.
Tahiri said that he will consult with lawyers to prevent the Government from taking unconstitutional actions.
"Today the government has proposed a new commission for the examination of jurisprudence. This commission must be appointed by the Assembly. As far as I know, the current Commission has a mandate until December. How can a new commission be appointed while the current commission still has a mandate and what is the motive for this? I will make sure to consult with lawyers so that we do not allow the VV government to take unconstitutional actions," Tahiri wrote. /Gazeta Express
