Although for months now, QUINT embassies and international organizations in the country have been calling for the establishment of the Kosovo Assembly as soon as possible, articulating it as a great need for the state of Kosovo, none of them has "welcomed" the constitution of the Kosovo Assembly.
The Kosovo Assembly was declared constituted by Dimal Basha, who himself proposed a Serbian Deputy Speaker of the Kosovo Assembly, namely Nenad Rashiq, and his consequent election as the Fifth Deputy Speaker of the Assembly without the votes of the Serbian community.
Likewise, there were no "congratulations" on the constitution of the Kosovo Assembly on social networks.
