In honor of Independence Day, February 17, a group from Kosovo has placed the Kosovo flag on the summit of Kilimanjaro.

This was announced by Petrit Kllokoqi, who placed the flag on the peak of Mount Kilimanjaro, which is at 5,900 meters.
