Sibel Halimi from the LDK has said that reports about her dismissal as Director of Culture in the Municipality of Pristina are unfounded.
She said that she had previously announced the end of her mandate.
"Clarification. I would like to clarify that the reports about my "dismissal from the position of Director of Culture" are not true. As I have announced earlier, in December 2025 I announced the end of my engagement in the Directorate of Culture, where I have been serving since the previous mandate. Developments related to this process have been handled continuously and in accordance with institutional practices. Yours, Sibeli," Halimi wrote.
The Mayor of Pristina, Përparim Rama, has reached a coalition with the PDK in Pristina.
But, the Democratic League of Kosovo has said that they do not have a coalition with the PDK in Pristina. /Gazeta Express
