Prosecutors allege that singer D4vd dismembered the body of a 14-year-old girl with a chainsaw, ABC News reports.
D4vd, a 21-year-old Los Angeles resident whose real name is David Burke, was charged last week with the murder of Celeste Rivas Hernandez after a months-long investigation. He has pleaded not guilty, his lawyers said.
The dismembered body of a teenage girl was found in her Tesla at a Hollywood salvage yard in September 2025, police said. The head and torso were in a body bag, and the limbs were in a garbage bag in the front trunk of the car.
In a nine-page filing, prosecutors revealed disturbing details, alleging that D4vd had lured Rivas Hernandez to his Hollywood Hills home months ago with a premeditated plan to kill her because she threatened to expose their sexual relationship and ruin his music career.
They say he then dismembered her body and left it in his car.
According to the prosecution, the two allegedly began a sexual relationship in 2023, when Rivas Hernandez was 13 years old and D4vd was 18, and they separated in November 2024. It is believed that they continued their sexual relationship and Rivas Hernandez became jealous of D4vd's relationships with other women.
