The Shell outlet network in Kosovo has entered a new phase of development, after being taken over by the investor group that also owns brands such as Interex, IP Petrol and American Retail Park.
The new owner, Shaip Mikullovci, and the new CEO of Shell Kosova, Visar Lajqi, have stated to our medium that the company has already begun a structured transformation process, based on international standards and a clear vision for further advancement in the local market.
High focus was placed on the training and advancement of the operational team within each point. ShellThe new manager emphasized that this strategy aims to improve service and bring a European experience to the consumer.
According to them, the transformation has begun in five locations – three Shell points in Veternik and two Shell points in Sllatine – where the latest version of the concept (Generation 5) has been implemented.
In addition to the new design, modern appearance and more accessible space in every point sector Shell, this renovation also brings as a novelty the well-known brand also owned by the global giant now known as Shell Café.
Executives have emphasized that this development is directly related to Shell's global position as one of the most recognized brands in the international energy and fuels industry.
With over 47,000 points of sale in more than 70 countries and around 100,000 team members globally, Shell represents a consolidated network with a strong international presence.
During the discussion, it was emphasized that what makes the brand unique in the Kosovo market are the quality fuels, including the premium Shell V-Power line, which is the only fuel brand co-designed and recommended by Ferrari, cleaning up to 100% of residues that reduce engine performance. Shell FuelSave offers an efficiency model that helps save fuel from the first fill, reducing friction in critical engine parts.
Meanwhile, Shell Racing with up to 100 octane is specially designed for speed lovers, guaranteeing full combustion and maximum power for sports cars. In this context, the transformation of the network in Kosovo is being built on the same standards that are applied globally, with the aim that the local operation - under new ownership and management, reflects international best practices.

This process marks the beginning of a new stage for Shell Kosova, with a focus on increasing operational standards, strengthening market presence and consolidating customer trust, through quality assurance and continuous advancement of services at every point of the network.
