Vice President JD Vance is expected to leave Washington tomorrow to travel to Pakistan where he will participate in another round of talks with Iran, according to CNN.
A second round of talks between the US and Iranian delegations is currently scheduled for Wednesday in Islamabad, sources close to the talks said, but noted that the situation remains volatile due to continued heated public rhetoric from both the US and the Iranians.
The White House told CNN that it had no official timing information, but added that "we expect the delegation to be on its way soon, but it is not clear when."
President Donald Trump told the New York Post in a phone interview this morning that the delegation was "going now" to Pakistan and "would be there tonight." /Top Channel
