In the list of artists who have made a name for themselves with their tours this year, we also find the legends...
If anyone had forgotten the power of Coldplay, this year's figures are a strong reminder: the famous British band has broken every record on the live stage for 2025. They have grossed over 100 million pounds from their global "Spheres" tour alone.
With an average of £4.8 million per concert, it seems Coldplay are not just performing for the public, but also for the bank accounts.
Behind them comes Shakira, who in addition to her sensational return to the stage, has collected 85 million pounds from performances, while Kendrick Lamar and SZA share third place with over 73 million pounds.
The list of artists who have made a name for themselves with their tours this year also includes legends The Eagles, South Korean band Seventeen and Trans-Siberian Orchestra. Meanwhile, Tyler, The Creator and Dead & Company continue to fill stadiums, as do J-Hope and Beyonce, who round out the top 10 with over £44m each.
British artists are not far behind either: Sir Paul McCartney proves that age is just a number with £23.2 million in grosses, while Iron Maiden, Dua Lipa and Charli XCX are showing that the power of British music is more alive than ever.
