Bayern Munich is the last semi-finalist of this edition of the UEFA Champions League, after eliminating Real Madrid in a spectacular quarter-final clash.
The Bavarians had won the first leg in Madrid 1:2, while the return match at the Allianz Arena brought great drama. The visitors took the lead after 35 seconds with a goal from Arda Guler, but Aleksandar Pavlovic equalized in the 6th minute.
Güler scored again in the 29th minute from a free kick, while Harry Kane restored parity in the 38th minute. Shortly before the end of the first half, Kylian Mbappe scored for 2:3, the result with which the teams went into the break.
In the second half, the decisive moment came in the 86th minute, when Eduardo Camavinga was shown a second yellow card, leaving Real Madrid with one man less.
Bayern took advantage of the numerical advantage and initially equalized with Luis Diaz in the 89th minute, while in the last seconds Michael Olise scored the winning goal for 4:3, sealing the dramatic qualification.
In the semi-finals, Bayern Munich will face Paris Saint-Germain, who eliminated Liverpool.
