The Chairman of the Alliance for the Future of Kosovo, Ramush Haradinaj, commemorated today in Deçan and at the Memorial Complex in Gllogjan the hero of Kosovo, Major General Luan Haradinaj, as well as the activist of the national cause, Smajl Haradinaj.
On this commemorative day, which also coincides with May 6, the birth date of Gjergj Kastrioti - Skanderbeg, the 29th anniversary of the fall of Luan Haradinaj was also marked.
During the tributes, Luan Haradinaj's role in the liberation organizations and his influence on the mobilization of fighters who joined the path of freedom to victory were emphasized.
Ramush Haradinaj assessed that his sacrifice and heroism, as well as that of his comrades, constitute the foundation of Kosovo's freedom.
He emphasized that, despite the pain, pride in their sacrifice and heroism will always prevail.
