On the occasion of the start of the implementation of the Law on Foreigners and the Law on Vehicles, analyst Burim Ramadani says that "the concession for the recognition of documents of illegal structures in Serbia is both wrong, unacceptable, and unconstitutional."
He states that "moreover, there is neither a Government decision nor a change in the law by Parliament for this concession to Serbia."
According to Ramadani, "Kurti - by not making an official decision, but only a verbal order - thus avoids sending the case to the Constitutional Court, because this would clearly be a constitutional violation."
