The Crisis Management Center announces that two Army helicopters have been deployed to extinguish the fire on Mount Jabllanicë, in the Struga region.
The QMK adds that another fire has been identified in the Struga region, in the village of Bogovinë.
"Due to the extremely difficult and inaccessible mountainous terrain, intervention from the ground was very difficult, therefore two helicopters of the Army of the Republic of North Macedonia were deployed, which provide air support in extinguishing the fire. At the same time, another active fire has been identified in the Struga region in the village of Bogovicë, where the competent services are operating with ground forces," say the QMK.
