Chargé d'Affaires at the U.S. Embassy in Pristina, Anu Prattipati, highlighted the "$237 million" partnership between the United States and the Republic of Kosovo through the MCC.
She spoke at the US Government and Kosovo Millennium Challenge Corporation event, talking about the historic investment that she said is challenging "energy security."
“Charge-de-Charge Anu Prattipati joined partners for the MCC-Kosovo Compact event, highlighting progress on a $237 million partnership between the United States, through MCC, and the Republic of Kosovo. This historic investment is strengthening energy security by addressing insecure electricity supply, while creating new business opportunities for American companies in energy infrastructure, energy storage, and workforce development. This investment supports our shared long-term economic growth. Energy security is national security,” the U.S. Embassy in Kosovo said in a statement.
