The Mayor of Pristina, Përparim Rama, held a meeting with gastronomes and the Chamber of Hospitality and Tourism.
Rama said that gastronomes are the heart of Pristina for economy and energy.
"Gastronomers and the Chamber of Hospitality and Tourism are the heart of Pristina as an economy and as an energy source. Their work is the first experience that tourists feel, but also the Pristina residents themselves, who start the day with coffee, meet for lunch with colleagues and celebrate with family in these places that give life to the city," Rama wrote.
He said that he will continue his support for the category that gives life to Pristina.
"As the capital, we have always aimed to help them and make their work easier. This time too, we have listened carefully to their complaints and suggestions. Of course, there is still much to do and together we will do it better. One thing is certain: Pristina is poorer without you, economically and spiritually. You are a valuable segment of our society, which I respect and deeply appreciate for the contribution you make to the city every day," said Rama.
