KBF Peja 03 started their historic adventure in the FIBA EuroCup Women 2025/26 with a victory, triumphing on the road against Levharti Chomutov with a score of 65:73 (19:16, 19:12, 10:19, 17:26).
This was the first victory for a team from Kosovo in this prestigious European women's basketball competition.
The girls from Peja showed disciplined play and a lot of energy, coming back strongly in the second half for their first European victory.
Peja 03 stood out with some of the key players with excellent performances on both sides of the court: Eve Wembanyama with 27 points and six rebounds and Jacairan Allen with 18 points and 12 rebounds.
This was the first match for Peja in the EuroCup Women group stage, while the girls will continue their journey with the aim of proudly representing Kosovo in the international arena.
