Second day of campaign: Parties land in Kosovo cities with numerous rallies

As part of the second day of the campaign for the extraordinary elections for the Assembly of Kosovo, political entities are continuing their activities with rallies in various municipalities across the country.

The Democratic League of Kosovo will hold several rallies throughout the day, in Kaçanik and Han i Elezit at 17:00 PM, in Shtime at 18:00 PM, in Fushë Kosovë at 19:30 PM and in Prishtina at 20:30 PM. At the campaign opening in the “1 Tetori” hall, the party’s candidate for prime minister, Lumir Abdixhiku, emphasized the party’s unity and readiness for political challenges, criticizing the current government and the way financial support is distributed to citizens.

The Democratic Party of Kosovo will hold rallies in Gjakova at 18:00 and in Peja at 19:30. The leader and candidate for prime minister, Bedri Hamza, during the opening of the campaign presented his program, promising price reductions, increases in salaries and pensions, as well as investments in the economy, energy and health. The leader of the Social Democratic Initiative, Fatmir Limaj, also participated in this rally.

The Vetëvendosje Movement is expected to hold a rally in Istog at 17:00 PM, and in Peja at 19:30 PM.

The Alliance for the Future of Kosovo will hold a rally in Rahovec at 20:00 p.m. At the campaign opening in Gjakova, Ramush Haradinaj praised the candidate for prime minister, Ardian Gjini, as one of the most prepared figures for leadership, emphasizing the need for cooperation in overcoming the country's challenges.

The election campaign will last a total of 10 days and seven hours and is expected to end on June 7 at 06:59.
