Napoli overturned a 2-0 deficit, but Bologna won dramatically 3-2 at the Stadio Diego Armando Maradona thanks to a superb volley from Jonathan Rowe, once again putting Napoli's qualification for the Champions League in doubt.

Napoli knew that with a win they would mathematically secure a place in the top four, but the shortcomings were numerous.

Kevin De Bruyne was ruled out after a collision in training, while Romelu Lukaku and David Neres were also absent.

Bologna started the match better and took the lead when Federico Bernardeschi combined with Juan Miranda, who scored a beautiful goal with his left foot.

A little later, Bologna won a penalty after Giovanni Di Lorenzo's tackle on Miranda, while Riccardo Orsolini converted to make it 2-0.

Napoli responded before the break and Di Lorenzo scored to make it 2-1, returning with a goal after three months out due to injury.

In the second half, Alisson Santos tied the score at 2-2 with a precise shot into the corner of the goal.

When everything seemed to be heading towards an equalizer, Bologna regained the advantage with a spectacular moment.

Goalkeeper Vanja Milinkovic-Savic initially stopped Miranda's shot, but the ball ended up in the hands of Jonathan Rowe, who scored with an acrobatic volley for the visitors' 3-2 victory.

Napoli now has 70 points, with two games to go, while Juventus are behind them with 68 points. Milan are fourth with 67 points, the same number as Roma in fifth place./Express newspaper/
