Three police officers in Minneapolis observed an unidentified aerial phenomenon (UAP) in a spherical shape, with six rings that lit up and changed colors.

Anonymous witnesses reported the incident to Americans for Safe Aerospace, a nonprofit organization led by former U.S. Navy pilot and whistleblower Ryan Graves. They said they saw the object from a parking garage, using binoculars.

One officer attempted to approach the police vehicle, while the others continued to watch from the garage. The officers described the object as flying at 10,000 feet, alternating between slow and hypersonic speeds, and generating lift without any noise.

The report also mentions an incident with a civilian helicopter, where the UFO came very close to it.

The sighting took place near the Prairie Island Nuclear Plant in Minnesota, a detail that has piqued the interest of UFO researchers due to the strategic importance of the location. The incident occurred in February, but Graves released the report on Platform X on Monday. A similar event was recorded on July 7 in Anoka, about a mile away from the witness.

The UFO was reportedly traveling along the Mississippi River at about 460 mph, then suddenly slowed and landed silently behind nearby trees.

Some believe these reports point to unknown advanced technology, while skeptics suggest there could be a conventional explanation, such as an object already orbiting high above Earth.

Alejandro Rojas, a consultant at Enigma Labs, told the Daily Mail that the footage could simply be NASA's International Space Station (ISS).

"The ISS has been flying over this area in recent days and has been very visible. What we see in the video could be the ISS, but more details are needed to rule this out," he said.

"The video doesn't appear to show six connected rings of color. A small point of light in the distance can appear to be different colors due to the atmosphere - this phenomenon is called scintillation, the same one that makes stars shine."

Americans for Safe Aerospace collects reports from credible witnesses, including military personnel and law enforcement, and seeks transparency in UAP studies. Graves, a former F/A-18 Super Hornet pilot, rose to prominence after revealing that U.S. Navy pilots had regularly encountered unidentified objects that seemed to defy the known physics of flight between 2014 and 2015.

The objects were recorded visually and on radar, appeared to stay in place even against strong winds, and could accelerate instantly without any visible propulsion system. In one case, a pilot almost collided with a cubic object enveloped by a clear sphere.

Graves emphasizes that these objects, whether advanced foreign technology or something else, pose a serious risk to aviation safety. /GazetaExpress/
