Kosovo national team striker Vedat Muriqi spoke after the draw with Slovenia.
The Dardanian pirate said it was a difficult game, saying that this point should not be underestimated.
"A difficult game for us. Slovenia defended very well when we had the ball. Personally, I don't underestimate this point - it will be worth a lot to us next month," declared Muriqi.
He said that Slovenia pushed Kosovo to defend, as in the last 20 minutes they were "playing more" on Kosovo's field.
"I decided to withdraw so that they would not have the opportunity to send balls behind our defense, where they are very dangerous. Slovenia made the difference, because they pushed us to defend more and played more in our field, especially in the last 20 minutes," he emphasized.
Muriqi has announced that they will be 100% ready against Sweden.
"We had a slight dip, maybe from expectations for a big win. But now we are focused – we will go to Sweden 100 percent ready," concluded the Kosovo captain.
Kosovo is second in Group B with four points after three matches, with Switzerland first with nine points.
