Ardian Gola has indicated that he will be the Vetëvendosje Movement's candidate for mayor of Gjakova. Gola has replaced Agon Batusha, who is the head of the VV center in Gjakova and was expected to be the candidate.
In any case, Kurti has decided on Ardian Gola, who did not receive the votes to be elected as a VV MP in the last elections. Unofficially, it is learned that Gola and Kusari do not have good relations precisely because of the last national elections and Gola's result in them.
In the photos posted by the VV candidate's candidacy, the head of the party's Parliamentary Group, Mimoza Kusari-Lila, was not seen. Her absence in the photo has drawn attention. It seems that the Alternative leader was not in favor of Gola's candidacy.
Today it was reported that Mimoza Kusari-Lila has requested that the candidate be a name acceptable to all parties.
