This morning, the luxury cruise ship "Seven Seas Grandeur" stopped for the first time at Pier 5 of the Port of Durres. This cruise also marks the closing of the cruise season for the 2025 calendar year in Durres.
The cruise ship carries on board 728 visitors from different countries of the world, mainly from the USA (555 passengers), as well as from Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, Brazil, Germany, Spain, Japan and other countries. This passenger flow confirms that Durrës is one of the most attractive destinations on Mediterranean itineraries for international cruises.
Moreover, the presence of visitors during the autumn months proves that the tourist season in Durrës does not end with the summer and that maritime tourism is becoming a year-round trend, promoting our country as a year-round destination for foreign visitors. After the stop in Durrës, the cruise will continue its voyage to Kotor (Montenegro).
