The Ministry of Energy, Mines and Mineral Resources today published the list of citizens who won the right to a voucher for the purchase and installation of inverter air conditioners, within the framework of the program for supporting vulnerable energy consumers for 2025. With the publication, the final phase of the procedure begins, where 4.070 households will be able to withdraw their vouchers at intermunicipal social work centers within 30 days, Express reports from Koha.mk.
As announced by the Ministry, this is the second and final phase of the procedure, which concerns exclusively households that have submitted an application, submitted complete documentation and met the criteria set out in the Program for the Protection of Vulnerable Energy Consumers by October 5, 2025. The list is available on the Ministry's website.
From March 18 to April 17, 2026, people on the list will be able to collect their vouchers at the inter-municipal social work centers in the municipality they live in. The Ministry's website details the necessary documents, as well as the procedure for obtaining them.
The deadline for withdrawing vouchers is 30 days from the date of publication. The voucher enables the purchase and installation of a device of at least 3,5 kilowatts with energy class A+, and can be used no later than October 15, 2026.
The Ministry adds that in the coming days they will also publish the list of companies with which contracts have been signed for this measure. Citizens will be able to choose air conditioning equipment from the offer of these companies, at no additional charge, while the value of the voucher reaches up to 28.000 denars.
"The Ministry once again emphasized that this publication refers only to citizens who have already applied in the public competition during 2025 and represents the final phase for the implementation of support. A total of 4.070 vouchers will be awarded within the framework of this call," they emphasize from there.
