Manchester United suffered a home defeat to Leeds United and ruined their Champions League campaign.
The "Red Devils", led by Michael Carrick, were defeated 2-1 by Leeds at "Old Trafford", with the match played as part of the 32nd round of the Premier League.
It was the guests who took the lead first, through Noah Okafor, who scored in the fifth minute.
24 minutes later, the Swiss scored Leeds' second goal, and his second of the match.
Okafor found the net again in the 29th minute, for a score of 2-0.
With these figures, the first half ended, while the second half produced only one goal.
In the 56th minute, Lisandro Martinez was sent off for grabbing Leeds striker Dominic Calvert-Lewin by the hair.
In the 69th minute, the Brazilian midfielder scored for United, narrowing the lead to 2-1.
However, until the end, United failed to do more, and so the match ended with the visitors' victory.
With this victory, Leeds moves six points clear of 18th place, held by Tottenham.
Daniel Farke's team is 15th in the Premier League, with 36 points collected.
Meanwhile, United remain third with 55 points, the same number as Aston Villa in fourth place./Express newspaper/
