Professor Blerim Latifi said on T7's "Pressing" that there is no seriousness when the prime minister makes 100 promises.
Before being voted as prime minister, Kurti presented his goals for this mandate.
But, Latifi said that Kurti did not present a program, did not indicate two or three points on which he will focus.
"The Prime Minister came out and made a presentation of promises, it is a formality, there must be a program. It is the practical dimension, when a government sits down and asks itself a question; what are we going to do with this power for 4 years. Leave those promises that are a wish list. When a government comes out and makes 100 promises, know that there is no seriousness there," he said.
