In Kosovo, the constitutional and democratic order has been violated. Albin Kurti and the Kosovar leftist nationalists treat Kosovo not as a sovereign state, which has its own strict interests and acts according to Raison d'Etat, but behaves as a pre-state territorial entity, without constitutional order, like Republika Srpska!?
Is there anyone who can stand up to this anti-Kosovar attack?
1.
Political parties from the former opposition bloc are suffering because they have helped Kurti's police policies in the north, being nationalist-oriented, which in the Kosovo institutional context is leverage against the state and its democratic institutions!
The Kosovar political elite has treated the state as a semi-sovereign entity – in relation to Albania – thus using the symbolic order of the Albanian state and keeping alive the idea of unification with Albania!
That is, the Kosovar state, recognized by 120 nations of the world, is treated by the Kosovar political elite itself as a Republika Srpska in relation to Serbia.
2.
Why won't Albin Kurti create the institutions that stem from the vote of February 9, 2025?
Kurti has taken the liberty of instrumentalizing the citizens' vote for the state, as a vote that enables us to have a REVOLUTIONARY SITUATION, (a state without mandated institutions and an institutional vacuum where he and his organizations are above the law) to dissolve the only Republic of Kosovo - which has international support - which he describes as the second, in exchange for the THIRD REPUBLIC, which risks the failure of the state, because there are no international guarantees!
President Vjosa Osmani already knows this, but why does she have the only mechanism to end the breakdown of the constitutional order - resignation, which automatically leads the country to extraordinary elections?!
Does she have the moral strength to perform this ethical and patriotic act?
I doubt it.

The foolish Kurti, in this schizophrenic political frenzy, is first attacking the Serbian List as a terrorist organization, to dethrone it and replace it with Serbs loyal to his idea of suppressing the constitutional category of double voting (qualified voting), i.e. Article 81 of the current Constitution (Legislation of vital interest), but Kurti has never studied the spirit of the Kosovo Constitution, because Article 1.3 together with Article 81 keeps the Kosovo state, created with international assistance, at bay!
None of the prerogatives of Article 81 (there are eight) can be subject to referendum, even if Kosovo votes on a Law on Referendum and Kurti especially forgets the fact that according to Article 65, point 2; which sanctions that the Assembly decides to change the Constitution only with 2/3 of the votes in the Assembly, including the majority of the votes of minorities (primarily 2/3 of the deputies of the Serbian community;)
4.
Kurti finally aims to abolish Article 1.3 of the Constitution (The Republic of Kosovo has no territorial claims to any state or part of any state and will not seek union with any state or part of any state); to declare his phantom project, the entity Third Republic, through a referendum on the form of government and union with Albania.
Kurti works on 19th century history, even though he is almost two hundred years away from reality!?
Kurti's foolish megalomania is not stopped by other national-romantic fools of the Enverist school!
Kurti can only rise from the Trump Administration and the US!

An angry people can attack the constitutional order, so cultural and political elites must protect the Constitution from the people, says Professor Dr. Christian Starck from the University of Göttingen.

Does the Kosovo state have a shield???
I'm afraid not!?
