Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti welcomed Albania's Prime Minister Edi Rama with a guard of honor.
Rama arrived at the Kosovo Government for the meeting with Kurti at 15:00 PM, while a red carpet was laid in front of the entrance, flanked by an honor guard.
Kurti and Rama have had a complicated relationship over the years, often not good and with clashes at a distance.
Rama's state welcoming ceremony was also broadcast live on Kurti's Facebook page.
