Prime Minister Albin Kurti, after announcing that they will send President Vjosa Osmani's decree to dissolve the Parliament to the Constitutional Court, said that this process is currently underway as he speaks at the conference.
"I believe that the case is being submitted to the Constitutional Court approximately in these minutes and I believe that those who submit it and who are experts in the field will be able to provide details. I believe that the 60-day period has begun to run. The 30-day period refers to the beginning of the process."
Kurti called this decree unconstitutional.
