The Prime Minister of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, held a meeting with Brendan Hanrahan, senior official in the Bureau of European and Eurasian Affairs at the US Department of State. The meeting was also attended by Minister Artane Rizvanolli and Minister Nenad Rashiq.
Through a post on the X platform, Kurti announced that in this meeting he thanked the American official for the United States' continued support for Kosovo.
“We discussed ways we can further strengthen our bilateral relations, including economic cooperation, diplomacy, and defense, among others,” Kurti wrote.
The American diplomat is staying in Kosovo as part of a visit to the Western Balkans. He first visited Bosnia, then Serbia. After Belgrade, he traveled to Kosovo.
