The Kosovo national volleyball team in the U16 girls' competition suffered a heavy defeat in the first match of the European Championship.
The young Dardanian girls suffered a 3:0 defeat in sets by Montenegro, in the match held at the Palace of Youth and Sports in Pristina.
Montenegro started the duel strongly from the start, as they convincingly advanced 25:15 in the first set, writes Gazeta Express.
In the second set, Kosovo started better, but then got stuck on points, unable to find the right formula and losing 25:12.
And the last set was even weaker for our girls, who were limited to only six points, unable to find the necessary rhythm.
This match also concluded the first day of the U16 European Championship being held in Kosovo and Albania.
