Trepça basketball player Akili Vining complained in a post on social media.
He is seen scared in a published video, where numerous vagrants are seen in one of the parts of the city of Mitrovica.
"Everywhere you go, you see dogs," he briefly writes in the published video.
Akili Vining joined Trepça on January 11 of this year.
Most recently, Vining had been part of the Israeli team, Hapoel Beer Sheva.
