The Kosovo Prosecutorial Council (KPK), under the leadership of the Chairman, Ardian Hajdaraj, held an extraordinary meeting, in which the decision to provide Kujtim Munishi with an official car was also canceled.
At this meeting, "after reviewing the Supreme Court Judgment, PA.nr.10/2025, regarding the repeal of the Regulation on Amending and Supplementing the Regulation on the Establishment and Functionalization of the Commission for Coordination and Combating Economic Crime (CCEC), the Council has taken the following decisions:
1. I repeal the Decision on the approval of Regulation No. 04/2025 on Amending and Supplementing the Regulation on the Establishment and Functionalization of the CCLC and
2. I repeal the Decision approving the request of the National Coordinator for Combating Economic Crime for the provision of an official vehicle," the announcement states.
