Joao Felix's name probably evokes familiar feelings among Barcelona and Atletico Madrid fans.
The Portuguese midfielder, although he has not yet turned 26 this year, has been through a lot in his career and seems to be preparing for another transfer this summer.
Uncertainty and big questions about his behavior have followed Felix throughout his career in Portugal, Spain, England and Italy, never managing to stabilize and show the best version of himself.
Atletico Madrid paid a La Liga record fee of 2019 million euros to bring him to Madrid in 126, after a brilliant season at Benfica.
However, his time in the Spanish capital did not justify this money, with just 25 league goals during three and a half seasons under Diego Simeone.
A controversial loan to Barcelona in the 2023/24 season did not convince the Catalans to buy him permanently, and he then moved permanently to Chelsea last summer.
The move to Chelsea has been another false start for Felix, as coach Enzo Maresca was not convinced of him in the first half of the 2024/25 season.

His current contract expires in 2031, which could complicate a move, and Chelsea would have to lower their valuation of £20m.
