Jesse Lingard's salary at Brazilian club Corinthians has reportedly been revealed.

In December 2025, it was confirmed that Lingard would leave South Korean club Seoul.

After moving to South Korea in February 2024, he managed to score 19 goals in 67 appearances for Seoul.

He also scored in his last match for Seoul, in a 1-1 draw against Australian team Melbourne FC in the AFC Champions League Elite competition.

After leaving South Korea, Lingard was linked with a return to European football, with clubs such as Feyenoord, West Ham United, Wolverhampton and Genoa mentioned as options.

However, this week it was confirmed that Lingard has signed with Brazilian club Corinthians.

The 33-year-old has signed a contract until the end of this year, with an option for a further 12 months if certain conditions are met.

The club's statement said:

"The English striker comes to Timão with a contract until the end of this year, with the possibility of automatic renewal until the end of 2027 if the objectives set out in the document are achieved."

Lingard is expected to reunite with his former Manchester United teammate Memphis Depay, who joined Corinthians in September 2024 after leaving Atlético Madrid.

According to Brazilian outlet R7, Lingard is expected to earn an "average" salary at Corinthians.

Journalist Nicola Jorge stated that the Englishman will earn around 86,000 pounds per month.

Speaking after the move to South America, Lingard said:

“First I saw the fans at the airport saying 'Força Corinthians! Força Corinthians!'. There's a lot of passion from the fans, and it's something wonderful to see.”

He continued: "The players welcomed me with open arms, the coach and the director too. It was a pleasure to meet them. First impressions: I'm very happy and I can't wait to play."

At the peak of his career, Lingard played over 230 games for Manchester United and has over 30 caps for the England national team./Express newspaper/
