This was stated by Milaim Vitia, president of the Kosovo Fisheries Federation.
He added that if he is not provided with the same, measures are expected to be taken against Agim Bahtiri.
To find out if he was fishing, or if he was just doing it to film the video, Klani tried to contact Bahtir, but he did not respond to the television's calls and messages on Wednesday.
