This was announced by the vice president of the Democratic League of Kosovo, Lutfi Haziri.
He also announced that LDK has already prepared the draft.
"We will still send tomorrow, the group of LDK deputies has prepared the draft to the Constitutional Court where it will request an explanation and assessment of the Constitutional Court regarding the issue, because we are being invited to vote for an ad-hoc commission which, in the ongoing procedure, the chairman is inviting without right," he said yesterday in Klan Kosova.
The LDK vice-chairman stated that it is "explicit in the request", the question of whether the chairman has the right to continue inviting the deputies to elect this commission.
"We will address this in the spirit of the decision that has been made, whether the chairman has the right to continue to invite the deputies to elect an ad-hoc committee for a secret ballot. It is explicit in the request," he added.
Otherwise, yesterday, PDK submitted to the Constitutional Court the official request for the assessment of the constitutionality of the actions taken during the constitutive session of the Assembly of the Republic of Kosovo held on June 29 and its continuations on July 1 and 3, 2025.
This party stated that this request, submitted on behalf of the PDK Parliamentary Group, disputes: The request for proposals for members of the Secret Voting Committee; The putting of this Committee to the vote; The voting of the Committee itself; The arbitrary termination of the session after the Committee's disapproval. /Express newspaper
