The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Diaspora has announced that today, on the exterior of the Kosovo embassy in Berlin, offensive and chauvinistic labels in Serbian were placed on the identification plaque of the facility.

The MFA's announcement also adds that the posted graffiti contains nationalist and inflammatory slogans, including messages such as "No surrender", "Kosovo is Serbia" and other slogans with a propagandistic and divisive connotation, reports Express.

Furthermore, it is added that the embassy has notified the competent German authorities, and that the German police have been informed and are expected to take appropriate action at the scene, including a full investigation of the circumstances and the identification of those responsible.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Diaspora of the Republic of Kosovo informs the public that today, on the exterior of the Embassy of the Republic of Kosovo in Berlin, offensive and chauvinistic labels in the Serbian language were placed on the identification plaque of the facility.

The posted inscriptions contain nationalist and inflammatory slogans, including messages such as "No surrender," "Kosovo is Serbia," and other slogans with propagandistic and divisive connotations.

Immediately after the identification of this act, the Embassy of the Republic of Kosovo in Berlin notified the competent German authorities. The German police have been informed and are expected to take appropriate action at the scene, including a full investigation of the circumstances and the identification of those responsible.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Diaspora strongly condemns any act of vandalism, hate speech and any attempt to violate the diplomatic representations of the Republic of Kosovo. Such actions are unacceptable and contradict international norms and conventions that guarantee the inviolability of diplomatic missions and harm the spirit of coexistence and respect between states.

The Republic of Kosovo remains committed to promoting peace, dialogue, cooperation and good international relations, continuing to exercise its diplomatic mission in full compliance with international principles and standards.
