LDK candidate for mayor of Istog, Ilir Ferati, has visited one of the largest and most organized farms in Kosovo, located in the village of Gusar. With over 500 cows and more than 400 hectares of agricultural crops, this farm represents a successful model of the dedication and tireless work of local farmers.
During the visit, Ferati unveiled his plan for agriculture for the next four-year mandate, emphasizing that rural and agricultural development will be a priority for LDK in Istog.
"We have a concrete plan: modern irrigation systems, direct support for farmers, free construction permits and elimination of unfair taxes that burden them," Ferati declared.
He also presented the "New Farmer" program, which will aim to involve and support the new generation in agriculture, as well as the creation of a mobile agronomic and veterinary service that will be offered regularly in all rural areas.
