Prime Minister Hristijan Mickoski today inspected the construction works for the filtration station in the Kuçevishka Bara settlement, in the Çuçer Sandeva Municipality. The total value of this project amounts to 129.717.440 denars.

After the inspection, the Prime Minister gave a statement to the media, where he also answered journalists' questions regarding the current increase in oil prices.

"The fact is that as a state we have the lowest oil price, and this is probably good at the moment from one aspect, but on the other hand, pressure is being created at gas stations in some border municipalities."

"Because a large number of citizens from the neighborhood come to fill up with diesel, it happens that some gas stations run out of the expected supply. However, this is quickly replenished," Mickoski emphasized.
Mitskoski: Нема прочени во суправнито на горновле
He stressed that the State Market Inspectorate is constantly on the ground and that there is no interruption in supply. "If we take into account the price leveling after yesterday by the Energy Regulatory Commission, oil is 1,39 euros in our country, while in neighboring Albania it is about 30% more expensive, so it is logical that we have pressure in the western part of the country. Also, in Serbia it is 1,73 euros, which is about 25% more expensive than in Macedonia, and in Kosovo the price varies but reaches up to 1,52 euros," Mickoski stressed.
