The Basic Prosecution Office in Ferizaj, Juvenile Department, has requested from the Basic Court in Ferizaj to impose a 30-day detention measure on a minor, who is suspected of the criminal offense of "Rape".
According to the Prosecution's announcement, there is a well-founded suspicion that on July 10, 2025, at around 13:00 PM, in the village of Glavicë, municipality of Shtime, in a forest, a minor sexually abused another male minor by using force. The case has been classified as "Rape", according to Article 227, paragraph 6, in conjunction with paragraph 4, subparagraph 4.2 and paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kosovo.
The suspect has been under detention since July 11, 2025, by decision of the State Prosecutor, while the justice authorities have requested pre-trial detention to continue further investigative procedures.
