LDK Chairman Lumir Abdixhiku has said that his party does not intend to deal with local issues, as they are ahead of the June 7 elections.
He was asked if he "said the same thing about Xhafer Tahiri."
Abdixhiku said that Xhafer Tahiri's resignation was rejected.
"We have rejected Xhafer Tahiri's resignation and he will continue to be the chairman of LDK in Vushtrri," he said.
Xhafer Tahiri had formed a coalition with the Vetevendosje Movement in the runoff for Vushtrri last year, where the LVV was running against the PDK.
However, the coalition was not announced to the LDK leadership or to its leader Lumir Abdixhiku. /Gazeta Express
