Kosovo Police have announced that a person has been arrested in Gjakova, on suspicion of causing psychological violence to his mother.
According to the police, the suspect was released in a regular procedure by decision of the prosecutor.
"The Kosovar male suspect was arrested for causing psychological violence against his mother. By decision of the prosecutor after the initiation of the case, the suspect was released in a regular procedure," the KP report states.
