Lutfi Haziri, vice president of the LDK, also spoke on Debat Plus about the Serbian List, namely the non-election of the deputy speaker of the Assembly by the Serbian community.
He said that in recent months, "fog is being sold" in Kosovo.
"We are dealing with a political legislation that also comes from the eighth legislature. The nominee of the Serbian List is a former deputy speaker of the Kosovo Assembly, who received the votes of all political parties, and a former minister who resigned in the name of the boycott. He left on his own, he was not expelled from there, because he entered into a political boycott. You have the right of God to tell you that you boycotted, and if you boycotted the government, I have a problem with giving you confidence again to return to the government or other bodies, because at the beginning of the mandate something happened that you opposed with unacceptable methods in Kosovo. But, the part of the constitution of the Assembly is something completely different," he said.
"Is there a terrorist attack in the Banja Monastery? At least the indictment has been filed and for violating sovereignty and constitutionality. But is it less dangerous than the first list of Kosovo Serbs called Povratak, where its leader for 11 years in Kosovo has been every minister and every leader, who was unfortunately killed, but was convicted of war crimes. There was a man who the courts in Kosovo, under a European mandate, have convicted of war crimes. The same man, who was convicted of war crimes in Kosovo, has received public homage from the acting Prime Minister, Albin Kurti," Haziri said.
"Even the second formation of the Serb list, called the Liberals in Kosovo, was a transformation. That Povratak collapse was translated into another list that did not last more than 6 or 7 years. Where did it fail? It failed in the case of losing the reserved seats in the Assembly. The constitutional mandate has passed, the LDK has become the guardian, it has refused to enter into a new agreement. We have cut off those 10 seats that have been returned to the Albanian majority. In this case, we have received an extremely big political slap from both the Americans and the Europeans, but the SLS at that time came out badly because it lost. It did not only lose those 10 seats, but the SLS collapsed because it was involved in crime and corruption. Most of the ministers who went to various ministries were indicted. Names of ministers who were involved in organized crime emerged, and one of them was also in the formation "The politician, who now has an indictment for terrorism – the defendant Radojčić – who took the role with Veselinović and built a completely new list, which was reformatted into the Srpska List in Kosovo. Practically, this is a problem of the ethnic community and Belgrade's interference in these processes," Haziri said.
He added that justice will show how involved the Serbian List was in the terrorist attack, who was involved, and how involved Serbia is as a state and sponsor.
"The courts will have to clarify this and then a verdict will come, which will make us, the Serbs, Serbia, the EU, NATO, and the whole world understand what happened in these parameters and in this organization," he said.
"If we continue politically by saying: 'They did it, they are, he is, he can, he can't, he doesn't dare', then we are politicizing the case," Haziri concluded.
