The leader of the Democratic Party of Kosovo, Bedri Hamza, has stated that he has received a communication with the leader of the Vetëvendosje Movement, Albin Kurti.
Hamza told the media that Kurti has made an offer to PDK to give him the position of Speaker of the Assembly, while the position of Deputy Speaker held by this party will be passed to VV.
He called this offer frivolous.
"Because the presidency of the Assembly has been constituted, the Assembly has been constituted, they have been elected, they have been voted in. We have not contested this issue, we are not talking about the Speaker of the Assembly. We have not gone to beg for a position either for ourselves or for any of the members of the Democratic Party. We have gone to give the country institutions and political stability. This is not serious at all," Hamza declared to the media.
