Vetëvendosje Movement MP Arbërie Nagavci, who was Minister of Education in the last mandate, has reacted after the Kurti 3 Government voted.
She said that she has talked with Prime Minister Albin Kurti since the February 9 elections about other commitments.
"After the February 9 elections, we discussed with the Prime Minister about other commitments and my contribution in other positions... Above all, I will be an MP, we will soon see other commitments," said Nagavci.
Also left out of the new government cabinet are First Deputy Prime Minister Besnik Bislimi and Minister of Industry, Entrepreneurship and Trade Rozeta Hajdari. Mimoza Kusari Lila has been appointed to replace Rozeta Hajdari, and Hajrulla Çeku has been appointed to replace Arbërie Nagavci.
Meanwhile, Rozeta Hajdari spoke about why she was not proposed again for Minister of Industry, Entrepreneurship and Trade.
She said she is happy that her colleague, Mimoza Kusari-Lila, already holds this government position. According to her, the indictment against her has not affected her not being nominated as a minister.
"I wish the new government success. I am happy that Ms. Kusari-Lila has the position of Minister of Industry, Entrepreneurship and Trade. It is not necessarily a one-size-fits-all, there needs to be a better combination," she said after the vote of the Kurti III government. /KosovaPress
